Available in both Smoked and Unsmoked, our back bacon is cured and is thick cut, meaning you don’t need 4 bits to fill a sandwich! It is not injected with water, and therefore doesn’t shrink in size or boil in the pan.

Where weight ranges are given on joints for example, we will always make sure the product does not fall beneath the minimum weight guide.
