Something a bit special for Christmas. Let us do the hard work and make a top quality Beef wellington for you to  feed the masses!

We take our perfectly trimmed fillet steak, encase it in light puff pastry, along with fried mushrooms & onions and add only the best Pate - patchwork brandy & herb. Delicious!

We will be making a Beef Wellingtons specifically to order, available in sizes to feed 4, 6 or 8 people.

Please note: Beef Wellingtons will be made to order and freshly frozen. If you require them to eat Christmas Eve, please state in the special requests box so that we know to defrost for collection.

COOKING GUIDE:
Defrost thoroughly before cooking
Heat your oven AND baking tray to 190 degrees
For RARE cook for 45-50 minutes (probe reading 54 degrees)
Add 5 mins to the cooking time for Medium-Rare (probe 56 degrees)
Add 10 mins to the original cooking time for Medium (probe 58 degrees)
Add 15 mins to the original cooking time for Well done (probe 62 degrees)

Prices stated are GUIDE PRICES and are not fixed prices. The weight allowance is a minimum weight you will receive. Where weight ranges are given on joints for example, we will always make sure the product does not fall beneath the minimum weight guide. The price you will pay on the day, will be a weighed price, at the price per kilo stated.
