We take our perfectly trimmed fillet steak, encase it in light puff pastry, along with fried mushrooms & onions and add only the best Pate - patchwork brandy & herb. Delicious!

Our stock of INDIVIDUAL Beef Wellingtons are usually frozen. If you require them to eat Christmas Eve, please state in the special requests box that you would need them defrosted for collection.

COOKING GUIDE:
Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Heat your oven AND baking tray to 190 degrees
Cook for 20-25 minutes for medium-rare steak. Extend your cooking time if you prefer your steak to be more well cooked.
Probe temperatures apply above.
