A perfect solution to those looking for a stuffed Christmas roast just for one or two people
Boneless turkey breast, stuffed with sage & onion stuffing mixed with pork sausagemeat and wrapped in smoked streaky bacon.
These are made as an individual roast and are priced per kg.
Ideally they feed one person, but you could share for the really smaller appetite (or children of course)
COOKING GUIDE:
sit it in foil, with the foil tucked close to the joint to ensure it cooks in its own juices
Pop it on a roasting tray
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
Cook for approx 30-40mins or until juices run clear
If probing your joint, please note that turkey joints should probe above 8o degree
