A fabulous addition to your Christmas table offerings - this joint is a combination of Free range Duck, Boneless Turkey breast and Boneless chicken breast, all wrapped together with a centre of our own make Pork sausagement and sage & onion stuffing mix. Lovingly topped with rindless smoked streaky bacon. No waste, and no hassle, this joint tastes amazing.   Available in 2 sizes.

COOKING GUIDE:
Cook in a roasting tin wrapped in foil to ensure it cooks in its own juices.
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
Cook for approx 30mins per 500g or until juices run clear.
30 minutes before cooking time finishes, open up the foil to allow the bacon to crisp up!
If probing your joint, please note that turkey joints should prob above 8o degrees
